This "trophy" video appears to show british security guards firing on iraqi civilian vehicles approaching from behind. Although there could be fear of suicide bombers the camera is clearly set up to show the action as the vehicle repeatedly stops or slows down and a passenger opens fire. Private security companies are not subject to any form of regulation either in Britain or in Iraq, and the former is investigating the video.
